GENERAL INFORMATION
If you would like to apply for a stall at the Rougham Estate Arts and Crafts Fair in 2026, held in Blackthorpe Barn, please fill in the online application form below.
The selection committee will begin to look at the applications in March 2026, allocating many of the stalls in the spring. Please fill in the application form to show your interest and if successful you’ll be contacted to begin the payment process.
No booking is confirmed until full payment and a valid indemnity insurance certificate has been received.
Criteria for all applications
- You are a resident of the UK;
- Your work shows a dedication to quality of making, presentation and originality;
- You must design and create all work shown;
- You must be available to sell your work at the Arts and Crafts event for both days of the weekend.

Your page remains live on our website from the time of your booking being confirmed (payment received in full and indemnity insurance certificate received), until such time that we start receiving confirmed bookings for the following year (around April/May/June time).

Please keep to the 20mph speed limit.
Disabled access available
This is a rural location and paths can be muddy.
The car parks close when Roots Café closes and the entrance gates are locked after this time.
Blackthorpe Barn is situated just south of Junction 45 of the A14, three miles east of Bury St Edmunds, in the village of Rougham.
Look out for the entrance gates to a long tree-lined avenue at the White House junction.
The Barn is down the avenue, on the right.
