The award-winning Garden Room Shop is open again with garden and lifestyle inspiration for you to make your living spaces beautiful. From dried flowers and vases to fragrances, candles, lights, cards and giftwrap, you’ll find gorgeous gifts and treats throughout the year.

Blackthorpe Barn, on Rougham Estate, is a beautiful rural hub for artists and makers, with regular craft workshops, varied exhibitions and the inspirational boutique Arts and Crafts Fair at the end of the year.

Meadow Room Hire
Behind the large thatched Blackthorpe Barn is a smaller, stand-alone room available for hire, perfect for small groups to meet and network in, for strategy or team-building days, away days or small lectures.
Hidden in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, yet only 2 minutes from the A14, this might just be the location you’ve been looking for.
Christmas on Rougham Estate
The Estate is famous for the awesome Christmas Festival held in the Blackthorpe Barn each year. Starting in the second half of October, and drawing visitors from around the country, the magical Christmas Shop is a sight to behold, complemented by the well-respected Arts and Crafts Fair which runs for 5 weekends from mid-November.
Apart from decorations and gifts, the Rougham Estate Christmas trees, grown right here on the Estate are available from the end of November, with 2 very special weekends early November where you can go and find your perfect tree right on the plantation.

With the sun now shining, the longer days and the ground warming up, the farm team are busy on the fields drilling this years Spring Malting Barley crop.
The variety being sown is Laureate from Syngenta. This is a variety with dual use which means it can be used for both brewing and malt distilling.
So the next time you’re enjoying a bottle of beer or a malt whisky, just think, you could be enjoying the delights of some Rougham Estate grown Malting Barley.
