Join us for the new monthly Ramble and Roots, a gentle guided walk of around 45 minutes through the Estate and then stay for a drink at Roots Café, with the intention of chatting and meeting new friends.

A full day retreat including woodland walk, yoga, sauna, cold plunge and sound bath, all in the gorgeous Suffolk countryside.
The walks around the Estate are open all the time. Come and take a stroll around the Estate with walks of various lengths. Please keep dogs on leads.
Please note the Blackthorpe Barn car park is only open when the Café is open.
