The Rougham Estate consists of around 60 residential properties in and around the parishes of Rougham, Bradfield St George, Hessett and Thurston.
Our residential property portfolio ranges from small character cottages, semi-detached and terraced houses to large detached farmhouses and unique buildings. They are available on a twenty-four month assured shorthold tenancy agreements.
The properties are managed through GD Estates, with small repairs undertaken by Rougham Estate’s skilled maintenance staff and specialist or larger projects undertaken by outside contractors.
