Running through Rougham Estate
This September we are looking forward to welcoming Run Vibes back for another run. Run Vibes brings their relaxed and sociable 5k trail run around the Estate, taking runners through fields, along paths and out into the surrounding Suffolk countryside.
The run is open to all abilities and all paces, whether you cover the route in 18 minutes or an hour, you’re equally welcome here.
The run sets off at 6.30pm, but arrive from 5.30pm to settle in and soak up the atmosphere. After the run the real magic begins. The Roots&Co Kiosk in the courtyard at Blackthorpe Barn will be serving freshly prepared burritos, drinks will be flowing and there will be live music. It’s the kind of evening that’s as much about the people and the place as it is about the running.
Food
Burritos are all served with guacamole, rice, kidney bean salsa and cheese. Each burrito comes with a side of either creamy pink coleslaw or side salad (you can choose on the night).
Choose from:
- Madras pulled brisket
- Pulled chicken or
- Roasted sweet potato (V).
Spaces are limited, so if an evening of good company, great food and a gentle run through one of Suffolk’s most beautiful landscapes sounds like your kind of thing, don’t leave it too long to book.
TICKETs
This event is organised and run by RunVibes.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 2 September at 8pm.
Tickets are booked directly with Run Vibes on Eventbrite – link here.
