Reg Siger Artist

Reg Siger is a self-taught artist who has been painting for more than 40 years. His work specialises in old cottages, farmhouses, villages and town scenes, always with a strong sense of history and atmosphere.

Fascinated by old architecture, Reg deliberately avoids modern details such as cars and road signs, creating timeless scenes that feel rooted in the past. Known for seeking out unusual views and fresh angles of familiar places, he brings a distinctive perspective to local landmarks.

Reg’s technique is strikingly individual, beginning with a bold brush-drawing in waterproof ink before building layers of acrylic paint. He is also one of the few artists to focus on rainy scenes, using limited colour palettes to create moody, atmospheric works.
