On 18 October, at the prestigious Bury Free Press West Suffolk Business Awards, two of our own claimed top honours. George Agnew received the Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Rougham Estate team won the Investing in West Suffolk Award.

The Investing in West Suffolk Award recognises those who actively contribute to the region’s economic growth and prosperity whether by creating jobs, supporting infrastructure, or enhancing the local environment. Nominees are assessed on the scale and quality of investment, tangible benefit to local people and businesses, vision for future development and alignment with sustainable growth.

Rougham Estate: Winner of the Investing in West Suffolk

The Rougham Estate team was named winner of the Investing in West Suffolk Award, recognising its significant contributions to local growth, development and giving back. The win underlines the Estate’s role in driving regeneration, supporting local infrastructure, and enhancing the regional economy which is a testament to the team’s ambition and commitment.

George Agnew welcomed the dual honours:
