MEET Jasmin Rowlandson
Jasmin is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans jewellery, ceramics and painting. Every piece is meticulously crafted in her studio, reflecting a deep connection to heritage and nature.
She handcrafts each piece of jewellery using the lost wax process and often casts stones in place. Jasmin casts in-house using recycled gold and silver. Each item carries a bygone-era aesthetic, with sculptural forms that take inspiration from nature and evoke a timeless sense of ritual. These pieces are designed as talismanic objects, modern-day heirlooms meant to be cherished, lived with and passed down.
Her ceramics embody an elemental and alchemical quality. Formed by hand or wheel thrown, they are richly layered with reactive glazes. Every piece is unique with no two ever alike. Often finished with gold, the ceramics possess a quiet alchemy, carrying both texture and depth that invite tactile exploration.
Jasmin’s paintings share the same ethos but manifest in a different form. These works are ephemeral and visionary, capturing fleeting moments, like light refracted through a rainbow or a cosmic portal. They offer fleeting glimpses into other worlds, where body, breath and nature dissolve into colour, rhythm and interconnectedness.
Rooted firmly in nature, memory and craftsmanship, her work exists in a space that is both timeless and deeply personal. Each collection is released in limited drops, honouring the singular nature of every creation and its place as a quietly magical piece to treasure
