Come and treat your Mother to a tasty breakfast or delicious Sunday lunch at Roots Café this Mothering Sunday.
There are two very tempting menus for Mother’s Day. How about an indulgent French Toast with stewed plums and clotted cream or a Roots Fry-Up for breakfast? At lunchtime, choose from three delicious options for a Sunday roast, with starters including the beloved Prawn Cocktail and more-ish desserts too. You know your Mum deserves it!
Booking is essential for lunch; breakfast is walk-ins only.
We’re opening the café half an hour early on 10 March, so you can have breakfast from 9am, giving you plenty of time to do something else for your Mother later in the day.
Why not go for a walk around the Estate while you’re here? We have 3 walks of different lengths, all starting here at Blackthorpe Barn.
With plenty of free parking and accessible parking near the entrance, all in the glorious Suffolk countryside, Rougham Estate is the place to bring your Mum to treat her this year.
If tables are free, walk-ins are welcome to come in for tea, coffee, cakes and pastries.

Lunch served from 12:30 – 15:30
(1 time slot available to be booked every 10 minutes during this time)
