FUN, FABRIC VASE COVERS
Heather’s fabric and felt vases are designed and handmade in her studio in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
Inspired by the colours and textures around her, she uses use natural fabrics and fibres to create reversible fabric vases and unique up-cycled felt vases.
The felt vases are made from up-cycled pure wool blankets and old loved woolly jumpers, along with natural wool tops. Silk sari waste and old silk scarves are shredded and incorporated into the vases, with free machining. A handmade button from a piece of sea-washed glass, stone or slate from a windy Scottish beach walk completes the unique felt vase.
Pop a glass, jar or cut-down plastic bottle into the vase cover and add flowers and water.
