If you are a Rougham Estate tenant and there is a problem with your house that we have not yet be told about, then please contact Jackie at the Estate Office in the first instance and she will pass on the message so that we can best decide how to tackle the matter. Sometimes we send in an outside contractor and sometimes we send in our own full time maintenance man, Neil Batchelor.
Please remember that we cannot sort out your problem until you have told us about it. We will then do our best to fix it as soon as we can.
